General Conditions

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you face any issues with your order, you can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• We do not have a refund policy, store credit/coupon code will be issued for all returns.
• Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return.
• To cancel your order, please email us at support@delulustore.in within 6hrs of placing the order. 
• A valid reason must be provided for the return.
• After 7 days of delivery, no returns will be accepted.
  

Replacement Or Refund Eligibility

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly replace it with the same item. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.

A refund will be considered solely in the following circumstances:

• The product arrives physically damaged, broken, or in a compromised condition.
• Missing items

To be eligible, your request must be raised within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted beyond this window will not be considered.

1. Order ID

2. Full Name

3. Email

4. Reason for refund/replacement

5. Clear photos/videos of the product

No support request will be encouraged without the above mentioned details.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned items your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24-48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. If it's not reflecting in your account after 7 working days, please contact your bank.

Didn't Receive Your Order?

If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience team. We will look into it immediately and ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
